I was Technical Manager at Energy Intellect Ltd during the development of its [weblink:14/24], a hosted, web-based solution for players in the energy market. The iE2 connects meters to market systems, collects usage data, manages data quality and delivers energy usage data to the market via B2B interfaces or online presentation systems (see screenshots). Users of the iE2 include energy retailers, metering companies and end use customers. iE2 is a Java web application running on [weblink:14/23] and built with Apache Cocoon. The iE2 makes extensive use of XML technologies: XSLT, XPath, SOAP, SVG, XSL:FO and XML schemas.
